The video above shows the final vote for vacating the sidewalk at Baywalk shopping complex in downtown St. Petersburg, FL.  The city believes that by vacating or giving up the easment to the property that the owners of Baywalk will now be able to arrest anyone, presumably protestors that are on their sidewalk, because now the sidewalk is private property.  The ACLU should be filing a case soon.  Then the video shows a fight break out.
